How can we help you?

Please be advised that we will only issue repeat prescriptions for 28 days ahead. This is to prevent stockpiling which will destabilise the medication supply chain and cause many patients not to be able to get the drugs they need.

If you request more than 28 days, we do not have the staff resource to contact patients to explain this individually and we will ONLY issue 28 days.

This does not affect repeat dispensing where stable patients can receive batches that can only be dispensed once a month.
